REFUND POLICY:
Once course materials have been accessed to include starting and/or finishing exam question you cannot be given a refund. Once you have completed a course and earned a certificate of completion, a refund cannot be given. If you have created a user profile upon purchase of our coursework, without accessing course materials or final exam questions, a refund may be given depending upon how many days your account has been active.
